Or you could go to the doctor and get it on prescription?
#2
Still advise seeing a doctor before taking any slimming pills :)
#3
is this the one that just got licensed yesterday? why would anyone pay for it when they can have it prescribed?

Try eating less and exercising more.

Diet pills don't work.
#5
You can get your doctor to write you a script for this but the chemist will charge RRP

I lost 6 stone in a year using reductil....
Then I found it again!
You're right.

Also bear in mind that you need to take three of these (alli/orlistat) a day, so 84 tablets is only one months worth. It's just as cheap to join a gym. Plus you'd save money on pants (see side effects!).

Why would you have an accident? Do you think the diet pills would distract you from driving or something?
#10
You have no to have an extremely low fat diet to use Alli. The manufacturers recommend you wear dark clothes and carry a change around with you. This is because when you fart (and you do a lot on these) you will follow through with a liquid fat spray. If you eat more than 15g of fat you won't even make it to the loo before your bowels empty out.

Is there any change off getting this off doctor if he dont consider you to be over weight?
They say im normal weight , but ive gone from 28 " to 30" and it feels a big difference to me , i have to wear s tops now instead of xs lol

I know wots done it , its pigging out on sweets , thats my only week thing i do , so trying hard to stop lol

Tried eating an apple a day but all i do is get a massive headace so i may try these....think ill just end up buying some though

I would just like to have it for a few weeks and hope to lose it within that time , is it possible with this stuff? , i do exercise but i dont always have time or feel like it , how long would it take to lose 2 "

I tried some other tablets of the internet but they made me feel ill and dizzy as i was exercising so hope these r better

Wow, just wow!

As already stated these tablets apparently give you severe and uncontrollable diarrhoea as the body literally makes the fat run straight through.... Considering people abuse laxatives to lose weight anyway this won't be anything new.

I find 10 pints of beer usually has the same effect - still these are cheaper in the long run

Right few things people need to know, i work in Boots and i have been trained to sell this, it gives side affects such as runny poo etc.... But you cannot just eat normally and expect to lose weight, you have to be on a low calorie diet, eating below 15g of fat a day, your bmi must be under 38 and over 32 i believe, it works by stopping your body absorbing the fat you eat, meaning that you basically just poo it out, some people say its the same as a laxative, but a laxative makes you poo out even good stuff in your body where as this is just the fat

your training sounds really in depth :whistling: do you measure peoples BMI before you sell it to them ?

i think this is a great price for alli, i paid £56. there not as bad as you all make out, iv been on them 6 months (finished taking them now just excercise and eat healthly now) and they have been fine with me and iv lost 22lb  iv also been on xenical which the doctor prescribed for me but i think alli were more effective.

That's less than a pound a week. With a healthy diet and exercise one would be looking at about two pounds loss per week, especially with a bmi in the recommended range.

Surely if you are only consumming less than 15gms of fat & on a low cal diet you are going to lose weight anyway, even without taking these?

lol i wonder why people assume someone isnt calm, just because they think someone elses comment was a bit out of order. if you actually read the comments, youll notice that it wasnt a joke...he/she explained him or herself anyway, so your comment wasnt really needed.

yes a low calorie diet will help you lose weight but alli helps you lose about 30 more, what they say is if you lose 2lb in a week alli will lose you another 1lb
