Freezing.

Tests have shown the complete uselessness of these tablets.

They are usless only half the recommended strength, if you really need these you should go to your doctor.

Surely you could just take double then if they are half strength tablets and then they would be effective:?

Placebo effect methinks.

You will have a load of people taking basically "fibre tablets", starting the same time as they diet and exercise.

They lose weight due to exercise and diet and its due to "miraculous tablets".

Diet and exercise are the only sure ways to lose weight - medical fact (unless you consider gastric band).

Spend the £40 on some running shoes.

Hmm paying for liver damage, now there's a thought!! :whistling:

I'd say washing these little treats down with a bottle of bullmers is a big NO-NO

I don't think these are like a placebo, they do actually do something as I've heard lots of reports of people taking them having to wear big sanitary towels due to the constant leakage of oil (fats) from their back passage, NICE ;-)

It apparently stops the body from absorbing fat so it all has to pass through

maybe just not eat so much fat?

Great if you have constipation lol

I will repeat that these have been TESTED over a period of a month, and the people in question actually put on weight more often than not, with ALL ELSE being kept the same (i.e. diet and exercise levels).

Before you make anyclaims, for or against, can you please add references to your claims of the studies you are referring to. Fact is better than conjecture.
it will help us all.

they do work, they are the only type that can be given without prescription, so it's not somethign the government would let pass unless theres sufficient proof, however recently there have been many cases of which a few consumers have got liver damage, whether its due to the pill or not is still being tested.

Dont ever take any pills/medicines unless you really REALLY have to - they all seem to have unwanted/sometimes severe effects

..and your body can recover from a lot of complaints just as quickly without medication

eat less and get some exercise
