It's a chocolate cake what do you expect?

Strange thou your so health conscious after your last deal was for Winter Wonderland chocolate which contained 532Kcal, 30.8 g Fat and 56g Sugar per 100g
banned#11
That was then.

Not into any junk food anymore.

Eating a piece of cake like this equates to eating two full fat sausages for desert. No thank you.

Its a cake not a salad what do you expect? Why are you even posting on a deal where all you want to do is moan about how unhealthy it is?

At least use the portion size, usually no one eats a quarter of a whole cake ;)

230kcal
17.5g sugar
13.5g fat of which 5.5g saturated.
That's much more reasonable/standard for a piece of cake or a dessert don't you think?

It's all about calories in and calories out and moderation anyway imo. :)

For 2 pounds you could get soooo much fruit which is much tastier and you won't be a lard ****.
Anyone that doesn't agree needs their head tested. I make a lot of fruit jellies which are fat free and as tastier a desert that you'll find.

You won't be lard **** if you eat a slice and have a normal diet so please get off the health horse.

If you eat too much fruit you could turn into a lard **** too, it's all about the calories. You do realise there will be 4-5 teaspoons of sugar in a seving of jelly? A portion of the cake has less than 7, not exactly the lard **** inducing amount you claim.

Also you can disagree with me as much as you like about everything else but there is no way a bit of jelly beats a slice of decent cake. X)

I wasn't questioning the fat content, I was pointing out the sugar content in fruit. I can eat as many fat-free products as I want but if I eat enough of them I will get fat. You suggest buying a lot of fruit yet suggest eating fruit jelly that has no fruit in? :|

Basically you are saying how can you lard **** eat this fatty sugary dessert when you can eat sugar free, fruit free, almost calorie free "fruit" jelly? You really should consider getting off that high horse.
