As you know, SupaJam is all about supporting new music. Over the past 3 years we have purchased and given away thousands of free festival tickets so fans can watch the bands we have placed in festivals around Europe.
We're now pleased to announce our massive Hop Farm Music Festival free ticket giveaway! We have bought 500 day tickets for the Friday and Sunday of the festival and we're giving you the chance to get your hands on them for free - apart from the small admin fee to cover our costs (and by small we mean £5.40 smallprint fans...).

To make it fair for everyone the tickets will be made available in two batches; the first goes live from 6pm tomorrow (Wednesday June 13th), and the second batch will be released on Friday June 15th at 1pm.

I was given this email by Hop Farm today when I had a question about my Supajam tickets. Maybe those who haven't received tickets yet should email.

Cheers for the above email may try that in the morning if I've still not heard anything. I've sent two emails to support@supajam.com and not had a reply and I've never spent so much time looking in my junk email folder.

I've now got in contact with them, had the vouchers sent to my other email and they arrived right away.

SupaJam will be closing it's customer support for our recent ticket promotion from Friday at 5.30 (GMT). It will open again at 9.30am on Monday.
If you are waiting for a response to an email question please be patient and we'll get yours out on Monday.

4.At the festival locate the SupJam Box Office. Here we will scan the unique bar code and check your ID. We will then exchange your voucher for a wrist band for entry to the festival on your selected day(s).
5.Please refer to your voucher for our box office opening times.
6.Our box office will be situated near the main box office and will be clearly marked.
I assume we can skip the main queue, and go direct to the SupaJam office, which should be much quicker..
Any idea if this is correct?

This is indeed correct, they guys usually wear t-shirts and will let the crowds know. As there are only a few SJ tix it's a fasttrack queue :3

It's not a separate queue. Last year they were right next to the main entrance at the Hop Farm (with big Supajam flags, so you couldn't miss them), so you collected your wristband from them, and then went in via the main queue. However, that was very quick, so it wasn't a problem.
Took me over an hour in the queue for wristbands, the year before !! Not long to get into arena.
But we get there early for camping ...
