great quality roll mats for a very good price!!
Nice one! Have been thinking about buying a Slim Airic and you made up my mind. H&R added.
great find! I've got two Fat Airics & they're excellent mats, even at full price they're a good buy, so this is a steal

the Alpkit guys are great to deal with too ... heat & rep
great mats and good price - just bear in mind the fat airic's are quite big even when rolled up - but v comfortable.
BUT prices will go up every Monday during October till they reach their normal prices again.

Is that the self-inflating bit? :)
Nice deal. These are top quality self inflate mats.

good deal, want one of this for ages.
But they're not really much cheaper are they?
Excellent the other half has wanted a couple of the regular mats for a while - I call a £15 saving on two mats pretty darn good

In my case the Slim Airic was reduced from £27.50 to £20, which is a considerable reduction when you consider the company's ethos is to create the best quality items for the lowest possible price. If you search around you will find that Alpkit gear is some of the best value on the market. They save money by doing very little advertising and marketing and instead rely on word-of-mouth and a reputation for quality. They are a very ethical company and a domestic SME company taking on the big corporates, which in my book get a big thumbs up.

To give you an idea of the service they try to deliver they recently reduced the price of some of their kit because of a favorable exchange rate. I mean how many companies would pass that saving on to their customers?

One of the leading brands for camping mats is Thermarest and their equivalent to the Slim Airic has an RRP of around £70. Granted it is a better piece of kit as the guys at Alpkit freely admit on their website. However, to get a very close equivalent for only £20 is a steal in my opinion.

I have a growing collection of Alpkit gear, which has all proved to be excellent and I intend to add to it over the coming years. Honestly I don't work for them, but just really like their business model and the money it saves me!

You can get a good insight into the performance of their gear by looking at the reviews on their website. Nothing is glossed over and they welcome constructive criticism, which helps them to evolve and improve their products.

Thanks again OP!

What SimonSJP said is all true.
