  Probably not out-of-the-box; Apple, Nokia, and everyone else use (at least) 3 different standards. http://www.instructables.com/id/Galaxy-Nexus-and-others-headset-remote-with-medi/ shows you how to hack an Apple headset remote to work with Android, though. The functions will depend on the version of Android you run; Samsung's Gingerbread passed events from all 3 buttons through to the app (e.g. so they could be used to skip tracks), but their ICS catches the shoulder buttons and uses them as a (redundant) volume control, leaving only events from the central button to be passed to the app.

  Yep - gone for these. Been using a pair of Creative's for the past few years, the earbuds are getting a bit worn now.. these look a good set of 'phones for the money.

  croftyboy8: I believe the majority of Android phones sadly do not support the iPhone volume controls, none of mine ever have.
