a good price although 7.2g is a bit light for 'quality' chips!
#2
For £2.24 I don't expect quality. :giggle:

I bought this set a little while back, in all fairness its good quality especially for the price. Great training for our trip to Vegas later in the year :)

It was in the "toys section" but is 18+?

Nothing wrong with playing poker!, Better than hanging around streets and drinking!!, Would be nothing better than to make money from the little gits< Great hobby! :)

Voted Hot! (I don't have an Asda which is a shame!)

Agreed that Poker is a great hobby. I started my eldest daughter on it when she was 7. She's 9 now and a great little player - I have absolutly no reads on her at all. Just glad that I don't play for her pocket money :-D

And these chips are Ok at 7.2g. They won't make that lovely sound when dropped on a wooden table, but who cares. 200 chips should be enough for 6-8 players if you choose the denominations right.

The one in the picture shown in the first post was infact £11.21 in Asda, also in the sale.

Great price. But agree that the chips are a little light. Still I paid over £15 for my 11.2g set with the same amount of chips so I guess the decision is yours.

Went into my local Asda (Poole) today and these have been further reduced to just [SIZE=5]£1.50!

Can you order this on ASDA's website then have it delivered to you. My local ASDA is just like a mini grocery store they dont sell the toy stuff only food etc.
