Should always be cost price in my opinion. It's not like we choose to have periods is it , sanitary wear is hardly a luxury and it costs a blooming fortune!!

Shouldn't toilet paper be cost price as well then? and maybe soap, although I know a few people who wouldn't consider that a necessity:?

Only a woman would whinge about being given a privelege of a lower VAT rate.

I have to shave my face every day, but i pay 15% VAT on my razors, you dont see me complaining. :whistling:
