£300 is all they should ever have been seems as the 1070 is a replacement of the 970. £450 was taking the p#ss. And they could get away with it because there is no competition from AMD.

I remember I use to pay £300-350 max for the top of the range GPU. I think the 980xt now they taking the right pee 600+ for top end 1080 gtx redicoulos

This keeps dropping to £348.35 and then going back up again. Worth it to keep checking, £348 now so I've finally crumbled and purchased one
