Not having KitKat could be an issue for those who want the latest security fixes and performance improvements. Also means you won't get any of Samsung's Touchwiz 'improvements', though personally I think Touchwiz is garbage.
This price is poo they were £99 at xmas and dont know about 210 but you can get S4 for around 300

Anyone who missed the Vodafone deal I'd suggest hanging on a little longer as the S5 official launch is sure to bring down the cost of the S4 a little more. I'd be amazed if in less than 2 weeks the best deals for UK stock of this phone aren't under the £300 barrier.

Already available under £280

Looks like I was mis informed r they changed their policy about accidental breakdown cover. I bought a new Sony and CS said they dont cover accidental damage but still for other defects it very easy to return.

Where? That link takes you to a list of marketplace sellers of which the cheapest is £285 + £19 delivery from a questionable seller....not a wise move I'd say.

Seller in question sold out as of 23:00 3rd April 2014. Price being sold was £275.00 + 4.95 p+p.
Also I would get it from Amazon for the piece of mind. Their CS is second to none. There is another thing to note which is not advertised and very few people know is if you buy directly from Amazon(NOT FULFILLED), it covers accidental damage too for a year. I just returned my S4 for a full refund as I accidentally dropped it and smashed it completely. Fulfilled by amazon gives you freedom to return if faulty within one year to amazon and get full refund.
Thanks, never knew that about Amazon, I've been looking at buying either a S4 or Note 3 from Amazon, and never felt safe buying such a easily imported item from there Market Place.

I have a Galaxy S3 AND a Nexus 5! The S3 walks all over the Nexus for quality and most of the "bloatware" can be disabled. The S3 does have an SD card slot and can take a 64Gb card. My whole music collection in FLAC...heaven!

S3 has a wolfson chip which can decode FLAC directly, by hardware, so the battery lasts very long when playing FLACs. The sound quality is amazing too comparing to other models.

Apparently prepaymania is banned on hukd , i was going to post the pebble blue version which is £197.97.
They got greedy and the price has gone up; £212.14 now! Should be marked as expired!

Those comparing this phone to MotoG or Nexus 5 bear in mind that this phone has a superb camera and you put CM11 to get the latest Android.
Or just wait a month or two for kitkat to come out.

Personally I'd get the LTE version over this though, for not much more.

The S3 isn't getting KitKat, the only 'sources' claiming it is are photos of a piece of a document which can be created in under 2 minutes.

As for those saying use CM11, that's great unless you want to use half the features of the phone that don't, and never will work, fm radio, mhl hdmi out etc.

I've used my S3 and setup and used a family friends Moto G, apart from the camera and micro SD, the Moto G is leaps and bounds ahead, stock android updates faster than nearly any device out, incredible battery life, amazing specs, good build, cheap price.
Well neither of us know for sure whether it will get the update. I'm of the opinion both the Note II and S3 will.. I bought my mother a Moto G and would still take a S3 over it, especially the LTE variety. Camera is actually pretty important for a lot of people and the Moto G one sucks. Similarly an SD card is a nice option and the battery becomes a non-issue if you carry a spare.
