Friendly? OcUK? Maybe if your name is Nick Griffin.

Nice system for the price, pity it's from OcUK.
This price although good doesnt include operating system so you would have to fork out another £58.25 to get Vista bringing it to nearly £440
1. I've never had a problem with OCUKs service, IMHO it's top quality

2. Operating System? Not if you have a license from your old PC or install linux. Anyway, what about Windows 7?
Look here for why I wouldn't deal with them;

Removing negative reviews

(They aren't named in the top write-up but they are outed about halfway down).

Agreed. I had a faulty motherboard from them, I had to beg, plead and grovel to get my money back after they claimed I'd damaged it. They finally refunded, but I won't use them again and can't recommend them to anyone else. Shame really, I must've spent a couple of thousand there before, but I was lucky to not have a problem with components before that motherboard.
i only bought one item recently from overclockers, hassle free so i cant really comment on their customer service but this does seem like good value pc so my vote is hot.
Don't try them, I did order a system last time. The cooler of the graphic card was broken and they were just unhelpful.
Overclockers are a right royal pain in the backside when it comes to returning stuff. Had a DOA DVDRW drive from them, on returning it they claimed "the shock sensors had been set off, thus voiding the warranty". Funny thing is, that model didn't have a shock sensor.
