Very entry level..

2 DDR RAM slots (not even DDR2)
1 AGP graphics slot
Won't overclock by more than 10% in any event without serious stability problems.
Some BIOS problems - may need flashing to recognise more than 256mb DDR.

Not bad on a very tight budget but with all the desktop deals at the mo I'd steer clear.

Only an AGP slot rather that PCI-E so a little outdated!

Good if you want something cheap but if you want it future proofed or for playing games then get one with a PCI-E slot.

Agreed, not something I would be contemplating. Would be best to look elsewhere for a 2nd hand motherboard.

Not a problem at all, the difference between DDR2 and DDR will be negligable with a Socket 754 board and CPU.

Not a problem, you aren't going to have more than 1 anyway. I presume you are referring to a lack of PCI-E slot? Only a very few top end Socket 754 boards had PCI-E.

Not sure thats particularly correct. Although someone interested in overclocking is unlikely to be choosing a PC Chips motherbord :)

Any evidence to back this up? Seems like a rather random statement.

I would avoid this personally. Socket 754 has been superseeded for quite some time now. Would be better off going for a Socket 939 setup in my opinon if you are on a budget. Socket 754 is rather dated nowadays.

Mada- read the reviews on ebuyer. Several people with stability problems on overclocks and the bios issue.

PC Chips = Avoid by the plague.

Poor build quality, reliabilty, support...

If you need a cheap motherboard better off getting a S939 from Eveshams Ebay shop for a similar price.

Some background on PCChips

Shipped driver disks which were virus infected
Known to put fake cache chips on motherboards (486, early pentium days)
Overclocked chipsets by default making them unstable (pentium, K6-2/3 days).
Sold mobo + duron CPU combos, couldn't change CPU - it was bonded to the board, the processor was overclocked on one of the models

Socket 754 is only worth considering if you are on a really really tight budget. On a tight budget S939 would be better but if you could stretch to AM2 it would be better.
If you have pots of cash Intel Core2Duo is the way to go.
