Good price, but what on the earth is the point of these? Frying a burger on a frying pan is the easiest thing of the world... and a pan will be a lot easier to maintain, store and clean than this!
#5
Surely this just 'cooks' a burger...in what way does it 'make' them??
#6
seems a rather pointless gadget to me, either have a george forman grill (not a fan of those either) and do burgers and other stuff in that or just use a frying pan. Also if you have a gas hob that will be a lot cheaper to use than something electric doing the same thing.

If you make a burger from minced beef and add your own seasoning etc it is very difficult to get them to stick together in a George foreman or a frying pan. By using this is keeps the burger together untill cooked and comes out tasting great. Nice gadget

Exactly

make your own burger mix like kenneth131 said, use a burger press (I just posted a deal here) and then fry, bbq or grill them. much cheaper option imo, and proper sized burgers!

I've never had problems with homemade burgers not sticking together
Perhaps cooking lessons would serve you better? :p

yeh ive never had a problem with them not sticking together either this does seem like one of those solutions for a problem that doesnt really exist. If you really want to press them rather than wasting money on a burger press just get a bit of grease proof paper and two plates and push down

some type of binding agent might help, I believe egg is the norm.

Talk about over engineering the paperclip! Pointless.

The Burger must be small ones by the look of the pics.

Leave off! If none of you can make a burger and need one of these to make them stick together. **** off out the kitchen!
