just fodn it on the platinum acct - nice! Wish I could split across two cards online... anyone got a way to achieve this?
#6
T&Cs state £30 statement credit per card (i.e. not £30 for every £200 unfortunately) .. will wait and see if any better deals on iTunes gift cards come up, otherwise 15% off is not too bad

Can you buy 1 e-gift card for the first £200. Put the rest on your other card - I think it allows you to part pay with gift cards.

Not on my card, but in the past I've purchased gift cards with both my cards the used multiple gift cards to purchase as well as partial payment with my bank card if needed

are the gift cards immediate? I ordered one by phone but still not 'processed' after a couple of hours

When I've ordered gift cards online from Apple before they've arrived within 2-3 hours

Yes I believe Amex don't allow partial payments. Well at least in my previous experience with my Platinum card I couldn't use my Amex to pay the remaining balance after applying gift cards

Thanks. But Grrrr. I ended up buying the whole thing on one card and will have to convince them to refund the gift card (which they did over the phone as the solution to the two card problem) and then convince Amex to give both lots of cashback. Hassle.

On my gold card but not the BA PP!

I think this is a good deal if you like Apple products as the Microsoft offer only allows you to buy a £70 gift card which is not much use this allows you to get nearly £100 off a new iPhone
When you compare it to other offers you only get you 10% which is £10 off of £100 and the harrods offer is £100 spend £30 back but your pay £10 for a sandwich in there lol

I emailed Amex customer service about this offer as was missing from my account - took about 18 hours for a response but did confirm they have added it to all the cards on my account - worth a try if still looking for this!

Did you by any chance find a better offer for iTunes gift cards?

Can you (or anybody else for that matter) confirm that iTunes cards bought via the Apple web site will trigger this offer?

Unfortunately didn't find any better offers, so went and ordered gift cards (physical, not email), delivered next day, amex email came immediately after purchase, statement credit appeared on my account 2 days later. Have seen some people on here willing to sell at 80% though, so might be worth you posting something in the WTD/ FS section, depending on how much you need, I guess.

Thanks. Should be safe for emailed iTunes gift cards too then.
