Save your other half the hassle of squashing your toilet rolls at the bottom of the trolley or in the boot. Andrex have introduced a new way of getting more toilet rolls into that tight space at home by pre-squashing them. And they are available in Waitrose for just £6.00 for 16 rolls. Good luck reshaping them so they roll smoothly off the holder, although it may be good in stopping your Labrador puppy fron unrolling the entire loo roll like they do in the adverts

Surprised they haven't just reduced the number of sheets on the roll to 10, kept the price the same and then tried to convince the public they're being eco friendly by using less packaging for the slimmer rolls :p

Ah but then you would use more cardboard and they couldn't claim they were being eco-friendly :p

Only if you're in Nodnol in Red Dwarf.

I'd you're visiting Nodnol, I'd recommend holding it until you get back home!

How about both increasing the size of the tube and decreasing the amount of paper. they can do that until the tube is bigger than the roll.
They can however still then claim that 16 cardboard tubes for 6 pounds 'represents good value to the consumer'

I can assure you Andrex sandpaper does not go near any tight space at my home.

Waitrose really should get staff to test toilet paper and let that be a guide of what you stock. Vile stuff.
