Question asked and gone - is quick charge beneficial when using standard lead (better to always use the one out of the box) - Yes.

Quick Charge is designed to be connector- and current-independent. Quick Charge is designed to be compatible with a variety of formats, including:
- USB Type-A
- USB micro
- USB Type-C
- Proprietary connectors
Quick Charge high-voltage operation is designed to minimize charging issues associated with long or thin cables, allowing for a superior charging experience, independent of cable type or cable current capability.

I have not personally came across charging those, however, PowerIQ technology will recognise your device type and deliver the optimum charge that your controller is able to get.

Yes

The reply is based on product (total available power of 63W) and QuickCharge 3.0 specifications (max power of 18W).
