Brilliant reviews.
Been waiting for this to drop, great price for a decent portable wireless Bluetooth speaker

Superior Sound Clarity and Loudness
Wherever life takes you, experience your music with unmatched sound clarity and just the right amount of bass. Boasting less than 1% total harmonic distortion, SoundCore outputs more music and less noise and sounds better and louder than any other 6W speaker, and even more powerful ones.

Incredible Battery Life
Anker's industry-leading power management technology keeps your tunes playing for up to 24 hours on a single charge—that's over a week's worth of playtime (based on average usage).

Uncompromised Portability
To keep SoundCore small but also sounding great, we've designed it using a unique spiral bass port design. The result is a clean bass sound you can easily pick up and put in your bag.

Bluetooth 4.0 Connectivity
Unlike most other speakers, SoundCore uses the very latest Bluetooth technology to ensure lossless CD-quality audio streaming and maximize device compatibility and pairing speed from up to 66 ft away.

Worry-Free Warranty
At Anker, we believe in our products. That's why we back them all with an 18-month warranty and provide friendly, easy-to-reach support.

Cracking piece of kit. Bought one last time it was on offer.

Buying another to hopefully go with the Dot that's expected to be on a deal.

Heat.

Am waiting for the 20w one to drop, currently £47, this time last year it was £20.

Very good piece of kit and when I heard one I was pleased to hear how little distortion there was at the higher volumes. Much better than the other brand that my wife bought previously.
3 ordered for presents.
Heat added and thanks OP.

I want to get a Bluetooth Speaker so I was waiting to some super deal tomorrow on JBL Flip 3... Now I'm tempted to buy this just in case it goes out of stock. Does anyone know how good or bad it is compared to JOB Flip 3?
#11
I've one, use it for my car for my phone's music, very good. Might get another for the bathroom.

I've got this one and the next one up. The bigger one has a far better sound and beats this one hands down.

Want jbl flip ideally but may be tempted by this

Would advise people to wait for the 'premium' anker one as it is a lot better and worth the price difference. This speaker is good for £21 though so heated.

Did the same, checked camel but bit my tongue ;)
I was holding out for the 20w one but as it's never been as cheap as this one and the reviews speak for them-self so went for it.

Yep the A3143 20W version is what I have and got it on a lightning deal (which I don't think show up on Camel) for £24.99 but don't think I have seen it drop any lower than that but the RRP has also raised on it in the past year or so so probably not discounted as much.

I got my A3143 for about £23.99 last year in Amazon's lead up to BF. It's a good speaker, maybe too much bass for me and the battery could last a bit longer.

I cannot speak highly enough about this - I got one for £8 more and am thrilled with it. Listening to it now, actually.

The sound is great and the battery life is ridiculously good. You can't go wrong!

Don't do it. Got two of them. Sound quality is terrible. why two? I told anker i wanted a refund and they said oh it must be busted you can keep it and I got a replacement which was equally as bad. Bluetooth doesn't work more than 5m away from it and playing games on the tablet using it sounds worse than my tablets built in speakers. Really don't recommend it.

so I imagine adding a 'W' to the brandname would work for you?

it looks a good deal but at 6W is the sound quite loud and clear? I'd be looking at using it as my main bedroom speaker.

Fair enough. Just adding my thoughts. Also, most reviews are written 5 minutes after the device is unboxed and rarely do people take the time to thoroughly test their products. Also Amazon reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt since many are fake/paid for/relatives or employees of the company. Although I have to say Anker customer service is very good.

If it works for you and you're happy with it then congrats.

Yes, would definitely go for that over this (but not cheaper any more?)

It's quite loud & will fill a smallish room with sound. Will it shake the windows & annoy the neighbours? No - but it's only the size of a beer can.

I heard that the JBL Flip 3 lacks bass in some YouTube videos so I will pass this deal as I can imagine the Anker is even worst in terms of sound quality and bass

Which makes you think that most of the people doesn't have a clue of what a good sound is. I guess most of the people is happy as long as it's loud
