I bought the amazon one and it arrived yesterday not used it yet if I hadn't then probably would have got for this one

Same. I bought it to use with a bicycle dynamo as a buffer battery, Instruction manual states that charging and discharging at the same time will reduce the battery life.

Good deal and a good make.

Amazon do a 2600mah for 6.99. got 2 recently

Good price, but the other Chinese sellers sell this even cheaper, so if you're not bothered about waiting for a week or two, by direct from the actual manufacturer. Many many many companies print their names on the side of these things, so don't be under the impression that they actually make them

Perhaps a super capacitor is something you may consider :)

You mean you believe these are fake?

If they look real, have the same output as a real one, and same voltage, how can you tell they're fake anyway?

Could just message Anker and ask them if this seller is authorised I guess

Not really saying cry fake....I just ordered the Bluetooth Anker Spreaker from this seller and spotted this.....the seller seems ok by my standards of risking an order.....

On the Speaker thread - lots are suggesting fake - on here not so much

Surely once you receive the item you can call anker and give them the serial to see if it's legit? If not eBay will return you're money, win win situation.

I have tested them. Pretty much fully charged a HTC one M8, and the wife's Note 3 was about 70% charged. nice aluminium case, solid.

I would check with anker.

I have contacted them before re an issue I had with a charger. They took my Amazon invoice number checked it out and a replacement was with me the next day.

Their c/s is excellent and I would only want to buy from an authorised reseller just for this support if it was needed.

Cold. Its rubbish because battery inside is typically 1800 to 2100 mAh.
Next from this around 3.7V 2000 mAh inverter make 5V and have about 50% rate.
In fact, have only 1000mAh to put to phone. Good for mp3, in modern smartphone more energy You waste for look 3-4 times in hour for look how many is more as is produced by this bank.

I have other this same form factor and is not possible use this in normal rate.

So badly written I have no idea if you even are making a valid point - suspect not since these things are loved by lots of members on here

Just wondering - could you perhaps put two of them in and have a switch that is configured so at any given time only one battery is charging while the other is discharging? That would help mitigate the problem you mention here, the bonus is you get twice the battery life on the bike. More elaborate but if you get it right you might end up on the next Wallace & Gromit....

If it's genuine and I have no opinion either way on that. Mine works a treat, I've used it on the golf course and on nights out and gives a decent amount of charge just when you need it. Not much bigger than an aa battery so great to keep in a pocket or bag.

I've one the same I bought on Amazon and its a great job. Would recommend.

Hahaha, sorry couldn't help but have a little laugh. I understand what you're trying to say and the science behind it but it took a longtime to get there.
