Excellent price for a High capacity Power bank, If you can believe the rrp (£55.00) then it is a good deal. and their customer service is fantastic.

High Capacity: Weighs as little as a can of soup (13.3 oz) yet charges the iPhone 6 five times, the Galaxy S6 four times or the iPad Air almost one and a half times. Safely recharges with a 2 amp output charger (most phone chargers have 1 amp output).
Fast-Charging Technology: PowerIQ and VoltageBoost combine to deliver the fastest possible charge up to 2.4 amps per port or 4.8 amps overall. Input: 5V / 2A.
Incredibly Durable: Built with a double-layer shell and fire-resistant polycarbonate to ensure rugged resistance to impacts, vibration and extreme temperatures (-40°F to 158°F).
What You Get: Anker PowerCore 15600 Portable Charger, Micro USB cable, travel pouch, welcome guide, our fan-favorite 18-month warranty and friendly customer service. Lightning cable for iPhone / iPad sold separately.

Good product (use the 10400 myself) but isn't this basically normal price?
#2
Didn't you used to get 20,000 mAh in this form factor with previous Anker generations?
#3
I'd pick the anker one over that tat ebay one anytime.Well made stuff and a great brand.

The link I shared from eBay is worth buying, 70 sold + 100% positive feedback
Why? It's a third less capacity of the Anker one, yet the same price, and from an unknown manufacturer, being sold by an unknown seller on eBay, with unknown levels of customer service.
Where's the worth?
He must be trolling
Trolling or he is the seller... Anker any day of the week. One place I won't cut corners on price is lithium power banks or wall chargers.
That's two places :{
On topic though - great deal OP, hot!

Yeah I thought of the second one as I was writing it but then kind of thought that it's all power-related with expensive electronics so consider it under the same umbrella!

That's expensive

i have the smaller version of this , and is quality product. I use Anker as it provides correct current for any phone, without worrying about the adapter/charger. The only downside I see is unable to charge phone while it itself is charging

"does not deliver to Northern Ireland"... :( looked at these a few times, but can't understand why they don't deliver over here... Great deal though!

Came in handy recently when I went abroad for 3 days and forgot my charger! Lasted exactly 3 days, got about 3 full charges out of it per day (LG g4)
