Can't see why not as it will charge at 2, 2.1 or 2.4, whatever is the most the tablet will take and it's standard micro-USB like most other non apple tablets.

There was a similar Lumsing deal about a week back, only for a cheaper product. The reviews on all their products seemed dodgy to me. The more genuine looking reviews were negative so I opted against buying.

I have had to send two Anker mains chargers back to Amazon in the last 2 weeks neither of them performed to their stated specs. No better than a standard Samsung charger, no more than 1020mA charge. Look at the number of 1-2 star reviews.

I don't think people on here realise that Anker isn't this premium brand that's totally rock solid and never breaks, I know of loads of their products that have broken and had to be replaced (under good customer service It has to be said). It's always mystified me how this brand is spoken of on here, I get the sense people think they're the "rolls royce of accessories" or something.

I wouldn't call them the rolls royce of accessories, they just seemed to go into business with the attitude of "right, the cable spec is x, let's meet it.", but they're not immune to product fails just like anyone else.

https://plus.google.com/collection/s0Inv this chap Benson was doing all the cable/usb 3c reviews and they came out pretty good early on when everyone else was selling risky cables. Found a recall for them already though so... I'd double check before buying anything, but initially I'd be more willing to give them the benefit of the doubt than a noname product that will be a rebadge of some dodgy fire hazard. They've got customer service that isn't just amazon returns too, which is nice.

totally agree, they are no Rolls Royce, i just hope people don't think they are from all the deals posted on them.

all this is fresh in my mind and i've looked at Benson Leung's research too as i've been buying up USB-C stuff for my new phone and my Switch. Some people totally discredit his findings, but as I was after some cables, I thought it's probably more sensible to go with something he rates rather than something he actively discourages. In the end I plumped for some "VCE" USB A to C cables from Amazon, very well built and feel the part and a Syncwire multiport charger which is well made (only thing i'm unsure of with that is how well it charges 4 devices concurrently)

I've bought a few Anker mobile batteries and chargers and they were fine but what set them apart, for me, was when my Galaxy S4 batteries started to lose charge and bulge. This was several months outside their warranty period and when i contacted Anker, they promptly sent out replacements without a quibble. Any manufacturer can have a spate of dodgy products but it's their customer service which clinched it for me.

Stupid question.. are you allowed to take these in your cabin luggage due to the size of the battery??

You can take it, it is just below the 100 Watt Hour threshold

Its 72.36Wh so yes. It's makred on the back as well so you wont have a problem showing it to customs.

That said.. its not actually a great price. I have 2 of thse and i paid less for both of them one in 2015 and one in 2016.

sambartle_theone . Thanks for the info I hadn't noticed the 72.36Wh on the back of my own unit until you just mentioned it.
I had, rather gullibly, assumed that the model was good for 20100 mAh just by going off the model designation. I'm very happy with the item though, and I'll probably buy another at some point.

They report based on the battery voltage of 3.6V which accounts for the discrepancy.. the 20100 figure is the capacity of the batteries at 3.6V. The usb output is boosted to 5V so the actual theoretical max is: 14472mAh, however youll not see that due to losses in the conversion.

I agree its one of the better packs i own though. And its never tried to kill me like one of my exploding ravpower 20,100mAh ones did!

I have the USB Type C version of this (PowerCore+ 20100). If your wanting this for a Nintendo Switch I think you would want my version since the one here is only USB Type A and charges at a slower rate.

Back to normal price now.

Today the price has been reduced to £23.19 from the usual price £28.99. Hope this might be helpful for some to buy.

I think you just answered your own question. Great customer service when there is a problem. I've only had one problem with their products but it was very quickly sorted out by them.
