I have similar complaint, I bought several of these and gave them away as Xmas Christmas stocking fillers, these work great but then after a few months the ports start failing one by one. Because they were presents I was not made aware of the faults until much much later.

I have had mine for 2years now excellent piece of kit. just a note to all the ports may not be blown which I found out after 2 replacements. these tend to go into protective mode so switch off the charger and completely disconnect it from any power source then leave it for a few mins then retry should work.

£60 is the RRP which is a Recommended Retail Price.
It doesn't ever have to sell at that price - its just a recommendation :)
But I do see your point - this is giving the illusion this is a great deal when in fact it's not

Had one for a year and found it to be a great bit of kit although this is standard price isn't it?

None have ever sold for that price though. £12 per USB charging port is insane.

You may have already tried this, but they have some kind of overload cutout which can be reset by simply disconnecting/reconnecting mains power.

I'm after the 60w 6 USB charger but it never seems to be on offer

I've got 2 Anker multi-port chargers, one well over 2 years old and never had any ports fail. Just a shame they don't have Q-charge, although the 2.4A output on some of the ports does mean that stuff charges quickly anyway.

I'd 2nd this.

I did it with 2.

The first one I had no issues getting replaced, but the second one was just under 2 years and they said they could not do it.

I quoted that I thought we had 2 years with the EU (even though it's a grey area) and that I would not be buying anymore Anker products and hey presto they sent a replacement. :D

The replacements look like updated versions as well.

Can't believe that I bought one of the old ones away with me for camping for 2 weeks though as 2 of the ports don't work so being down to being able to charge only 3 devices at a time. :(

BTW I do own one too, and it works just fine. That just why I spotted the £60 was a bit DFS

Did you try to unplug it for 5min? (or whatever reset method yours have) they have a safety in each port, if not, call the warranty

If you have a lot of iDevices, you're better off getting this:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B016EY61XU

6 ports, 12A overall vs Anker's 5 ports/8A, I have both...

Anker support are great but I have had two now that have both had ports fail. Would prefer the product be great...
