I got one this week. Good speaker, clean and crisp and easy to use. Does lack a little bass but for £30 it's very good.

Why not choose free postage option as over £20?

my Bose Soundlink mini 2 bricked itself this week for no apparent reason. Might be a better shout to get one of these instead...

Great speaker. had one for 12 months now. Much better than a £100 bluetooth LG soundbar I bought (and returned) recently.

It's pretty easy to change the postage to free delivery of you want to

Why's it always only the black colour on offer waiting for white :|

Maybe the black is the by far the better seller so they manufacture quite a lot more units and in return get a better price from the factory?

Agreed though in the last couple of months this speaker has been on offer but never the white version :(

same here, I'm waiting for the white one to be nearer the £30 mark. Its just under £40 now, was £45 last week so at least its come down a bit but never seems to be as cheap as the black one!

From a review on Amazon
Others have also noted this Boom sound..

There is a solution posted but it only works for very few

I only have one negative: For some absolutely stupid reason when you switch it on and off it emits a series of quite loud boomy pulses and as far as I can tell you can't disable it. You can be sitting there late at night listening to some quiet music and then when it's time to go to bed you switch off and BOOM BOOM BOOM. Ridiculous. Because of this I have deducted one star from my review

This thing must be made with alien technology, it sounds utterly incredible for it's size. Amazing bargain for £32.
#28
Didn't really need but bought. Quite impressed with it for the size. No distortion as max volume.
#29
Great speaker, remarkably loud and decent enough bass.
#30
I have this speaker and it's excellent.
At this price it's a bargain!

Just received a couple of days ago and its very good
#33
Was posted at this price several days ago. Great speaker very recommended.

Whilst awaiting the Anker to come back down in price as a friend had one and I was blown away by the sound , I made the mistake of buying the same model Victsing Punker and was satisfied until I took it to his house to compare side by side . The difference is vastly noticeable in that the Anker has more muscle . Luckily the Anker had come back down in price and was able to bag one and give the Victsing Punker to my daughter who is les discerning than me .

It is a bit more 'clear sounding' i.e. has a bit more in the high-mids and beyond. I bought one for my mum and I thought it sounded great. Very good construction too. I'd say it's on par with the Anker (I have one).

had it and sound quality was average, people say it's good cause never tried other speakers, not worth getting
#37
How does this compare to the Bose Soundlink mini? Is it worth spending the extra £100? Genuine question :)

We have both, there is a slight difference but most don't notice it, very good quality sound and everyone says they wouldn't pay the difference for the Bose or higher brands. Get one you can always send it back with ankers excellent warranty.

Op It is often at this price been on here at least 3 or 4 times since Christmas.

I have the mini bose and bought the anker for my student daughter to take to Uni, its not quite as good as the bose but its an excellent speaker, if you can afford the bose then get it as it is a better sound / deeper base. However if your budget does not stretch to the bose you wont be disappointed, take no notice of the negative comments, as I say I have heard both .
