Antec Kuhler Box £19.97 / Antec Kuhler Flow CPU Cooler £19.99 @ PC World
Just found these Antec CPU coolers at PC World reduced from just shy of £40.
A quick google and I believe this is the cheapest price currently available for either of these two coolers.
The Box is £28.99 and the Flow £37.17 at Amazon
Box £25.99 and the Flow £26.30 at Dabs but need to add £3.99 p&p
I don't usually buy from PC World but after the last PSU sale they had have been watching out for items they put on sale/reduction. With the reductions the price of the items drop to worthwhile if you are considering a specific item, imo.

Review comments: "Dynatron EVO-11 and Dynatron G950 coolers turned out very controversial. They represent a combination of very well thought through and well made heatsink designs with poorly executed bases and weak retention mechanisms..." "...The new solutions can’t boast low nose or low price either that is why it might be difficult to figure out the potential user..."
Box has similar issues: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cooling/2011/04/13/antec-kuhler-box-review/1
Review comments: "it's very loud with its fan at full speed" (2000rpm according to the specs). "Unfortunately, though, while the heatpipes are flush, the Kuhler Box has some significant gaps between the heatpipes and its contact plate, which are likely to trap air and affect cooling performance. " "These can be filled with thermal paste (unfortunately, there's barely enough included for one installation because of this issue), but it would be preferable if the heatpipes and contact plate made firm contact with the plate to start with."
