Screen wash de-icer 70p per lit. bottle at ASDA.
#3
They also do path salt, works well.
Wouldn't recommend trigger di-icer bottles, they freeze on contact like water, aerosols are better.

I'm sure all these things are currently cheaper in most supermarkets at the mo.

i havent seen any for less than £1, i paid £1.89 for dicer in tesco today
heat added

Noticed this in the Manchester branch but the Screen Wash and the Engine Anti-Freeze (for your car radiator) had the same picture on the label on the front of the bottle, 'a window with windscreen wipers on it', best to read the instuctions on the back if your not too savvy on car care as you dont want to put Engine Anti-freeze in your screen wash bottle.

Aerosols are cheap today,
Cheaper than yesterday

I wouldn't say this is a hot deal, they always sell at these prices and cheaper in supermarkets.

Would not recomend the de icer in the trigger bottle as its as much use as cold water.
Dont know about the other stuff tho.

I bought one of the ice scrapers from Poundland a few weeks ago and it snapped clean in half after about 2 uses, not heavy duty at all in my opinion or maybe I just got a faulty one.

Agree - the de-icer in a bottle is really useless. Have to use loads for it to do anything

Are you sure it's the actual bottle that is frozen? or the 2 nozzles that the washer fluid comes out off? Try using deicer on the nozzles and it should free it up fairly quickly, hopefully you haven't put just plain water in your washer bottle!

Suppose you could put concentrated screen wipe fluid in it, not sure about deicer spray but I don't think it would hurt the car. Then leave your engine running, the heat should defrost the bottle.

No stock in my local supermarkets, so was glad to pick these up from Poundland at lunchtime today.
