  Don't go to Costa very often, but when I do I've found the staff to be really rude. Anyone else found this, or have I just been unlucky?

  She'd be an improvement. I've worked in coffee shops before an making coffee for people really isn't that bad. You get to chat a bit, say hi to your regulars. There's no excuse for bad service, unless your customers give you a hard time.
