These have a 3 year warranty, btw. Don't know what their tvs are like, but I've used one of their monitors for years and it's excellent.

I bought a 32" TV a couple of years ago. My son said I'd find it "too small" but the wife insisted that anything bigger would look "too big" for the room. In retrospect I now understand what my son was trying to tell me. If you're sitting more than 2-3 metres from the TV, the additional detail you get with 1080p just isn't visible. I wish now I'd got a bigger screen and the 42" AOC 1080p TV also on sale at EBuyer for just £359.68 looks very tempting (see link)...

I'd buy this now just to beat the VAT hike in January but rather illogically, the wife won't budge on the "too big for the room" thing. Apparently, it's more important what a TV looks like in a room (with the picture off!) than what it looks like when you're actually watching it! Female logic. I never did find out how to counter it...
