"Deal Of the Day". Not much else to say £3.59 for 10 dual layer (8.5GB) DVD+R's. I use these all the time and they are very reliable. Dont forget free delivery if your order is for more than £49.99 (£2.58 for shipping without)

Or get 2 for £9.75 delivered (same postage for 2 as 1), that's under 50p a disk delivered. Heat & rep added. This is my first purchase of dual layer disks, because of the silly prices they have been in the past.

I frequently spend over £50 when I order from ebuyer, and I bought some of these recently at the higher price.
Ah well, they're ace disks anyway, not had a single coaster out of the 25 or so that I've burned so far.

Nice alternative for the Verbatims.

Used these before. Not bad discs, but only worth burning at 2.4x I've found IMHO, any faster and I get coasters. Good price though, even cheaper than SVP.

Aone's were ok but not anymore, as soon as they get to the second layer they wont verify. They burn ok at 2.4x as BigAde said, but you cant beat the verbs if you want a perfect disc

I got these from Ebuyer yesterday, how do I check the 2nd Layer?
I use them for the 360?

The disc burnt well and loaded fine too. :?

is this about as good as dual layer deals get then? wouldnt mind buying in bulk (50? 100?) if it brought price down a bit more... promising though...

I have used these, made in same factory and use the same dye as datawrites. I actually think these are better than the datawrites I used. Good price!
#12
Do these work ok on stand alone dvd players ?
Last time I tried dl disc nothing would play them except a pc...

What he said is true. Using the nero check tools included with Nero , you can see the error rate explode as soon as you enter the second layer. Consistent same result, for disc after disc regardless of burner.

Now they do read, but it relies on the error correction of the drive in question. The xbox 360 in my case doesnt handle this too well, and some of my older DVD drives struggle to read the disc at all.

there are one a par with zero defex (the old dye before they changed).

If using for 360 though - don't be cheap, spend that extra £1 a disc on Verbs.
#15
hmm... what about ritek dual layer? any good? £9.99 for 25 at bigpockets (£3ish P+P), although currently out of stock...
#16
I've used Ritek D01's before on my 360 and never had a problem with them.
Very good disks in my opinion, but others may have had varying results.

I generally burn @ 2.4x on a Pioneer 111D.
