will this work for Moto G, 2nd edition?

This case works for the first-gen Moto G as well as the Moto G 4G from last year.

Totally off topic, but can anyone tell me where I might get a black matte back cover? Bought my Moto G 1st gen and it came with a black smooth back i.e. finger print magnet of doom.

What contract are you on? SIM only or did it include a phone? Network?

One of the cheapest on Amazon and a UK company with full contact details so Full SOGA protection unlike with many of the Amazon Marketplace suppliers who give no company or location details and so must be non-EU.
So what am I missing ?

that it's out of stock

Why buy a phone from a company that is absolutely doomed. Just a matter of when they stop making phones rather than if.

Just because the company is having a slowdown means the products are all c''p? No - this is a good quality product - especially if you're sick of the sight of Samsung/apple stuff flooding the market.

vote up if you want something different than the usual iThings and S47s

Dude, save your breath. Why argue when everyone here is a mobile phone expert with huge financial and analytic skills, mainly gained through reading an article or two on Engadget. The deal is good, but this phone doesn't have a "my-tiny-willy-looks-a-bit-bigger-now" factor, hence all the comments and votes ;)

You don't have be a mobile comms expert or resort to churlish comments, you just have to read the news. Yes it probably is a bargain compared to it's full price, but if Blackberry do pull out of the market your phone's value will probably plummet and when you come to sell it it's value will be a lot less than you paid. Like one poster said the Z10 is worth a punt at £180, but £400 for this is not money spent wisely.

Its completely water proof for up to 30 minutes, i have it and haven't tested it myself but i did see a scuba diving demo over the weekend, he even took photos of us outside his tank on the phone and turned it around to show us.

Its my first android and i'm impressed although it has a few bugs (apps not responding etc but i think its an app/android problem rather than the phone) great price my contract is £47 a month!

It is a very big phone, not Samsung Note big but so big i have issues fitting it in handbags/pockets.
£47/month? Wow. What plan is it?
awesome, very tempted now...
I was at the shops tonight and popped into CPW and Phones4U. I had seen the Sony Z1 before, but tonight I got to see the Sony Z1 right next to the LG G2 and Nexus 5.

Two things that I noticed: The screen of the Z1 looks dark and washed up next to the other phones. The screen on the LG G2 in particular is beautiful. The slim bezel of the LG G2 is also impressive. There is practically no bezel at the sides and only a little at the top and bottom. In comparison, the Z1 has a large space between the screen and the edge of the phone at both the top and bottom of the device. So from a viewing point of view, the LG G2 and Nexus 5 look better.

The Z1 is still a beautiful phone and has a lot going for it.

Won't argue which is the better phone, but good luck waiting for a prompt software/os for the Sony. This is what Nexus 5 is all about. Also, would people stop crying about the lack of SD slots? It's like people complaining why smart phones don't always come with a hardware keypad. Lol.

Sony are getting better with firmware updates and have promised 4.4 shortly, Google are not being very quick with the Android rollouts at the moment as only the Nexus 5 has recieved Kitkat, it's still being rolled out for the rest.

People will stop ''crying' at the lack of an sd slot when there is as reasonable alternative, for a device with a large, high resolution screen, powerful processor and decent camera all of which need a decent amount of storage to take full advantage of it's laughable to have such limited, fixed storage. I prefer being able to take full advantage of my phone's hardware by adding an sd card plus it's easy to manage, just pop it out and it can go in another phone if I need to switch or into the PC if I want to stick content on without having to use the phone.

No I joined to find a deal on a new phone without a contract, this deal happened to be on the first page and as I had a previous experience with them thought i would share that experience.

Anything else you would like to know?
Did you join to say that?
Bought a iphone 4s a few months back from this seller through Amazon, think was described the same at time. Phone however was mint and had only one very minor scratch on the back, still using as my everyday phone and probs to date.

Would love this phone right now only!!!! But too pricy for me especially before Christmas :(

Are they gone? Dont see that seller or price
It would indeed help to put more details, however it would be more helpful if rude people just clicked the link and added the detail rather than icing what seems to be a good deal!
Also helps to put the price in the deal title so we can actually gauge the deal (_;)
It helps to put where this is available :3
