Also, I would love to see the postman deliver this LOL. Gotta cost this much to have posted.

The Medicine Ball is an excellent tool for a complete body workout, especially when combined with a Swiss Ball. Use it to strengthen shoulders, back, arms and legs; and to create rock hard abs. Ideal for athletes, boxers, golfers and tennis players.Made from rubber, they bounce, are waterproof, and easy to grip.

Quick google turned this up:

In the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century, the words "health" and "medicine" were synonymous. The so-called "Four Horseman of Fitness" were the dumbell, the indian club, the wand and the medicine ball. This is where the beginnings of the modern medicine ball originate

Temporarily OOS! Did they only have 2 in or do they have to wait for the 'strong' stock boy to come in?:)

If its OOS can go for this 4kg one from Argos for £19.59 - would have to collect it yourself or get the wife to pick it up when she's in town
