£10 off ( 25% )

I ordered one from B&Q ( £46.19 ), I called them and they will do price match ( maybe with extra 10 % off on top of that, will see ).

Again, the cheapest what I could find for collection.

B&Qs policy is to beat by 10% so they should do this, if not then question them why they'll honour it

I'd be very wary of this, particularly in the light of the reviews.

It appears to be just 50gms/m² - that's not very robust, and you'd get much better service from one of the 105gms/m² products. This isn't something you'd want (or be able) to lay twice!

Just got it with price match from b&q for £27.00

Not really - the eBay one is only half the width (1 metre).

All the weed control fabric i have ever used, even the good quality stuff has never worked 100%,now i buy damaged rolls of roofing felt at around half price from the diy sheds It's a bit harder to lay but the weeds just cant get through it.

I can personally recommend this stuff, and this seller:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/m.html?_odkw=heavy+duty&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_ssn=ksingletonsv&_trksid=p2046732.m570.l1313.TR6.TRC0&_nkw=heavy+duty+woven&_sacat=0

Somewhat more expensive, but this particular 105gsm fabric is of excellent quality, will last, and you won't have to do the job again. The seller, as I recall, used it on his car park some years back.

As a landscape gardener I wouldnt touch the fabric. You can get 50sqm of the woven stuff at b&q for £50. Voted hot though as its not about the product its about the deal :)

I finished my little garden project using this fabric, it doesn't look bad, but what would you use instead of fabric? I'm open for better ideas.

But neither can the rain - which is why the garden-specific membranes are used. They let the rain through for the plants but smother the weeds.

Its the woven stuff you can get it in huge rolls at builders merchants or b&q sell it in smaller rolls. Fabrics ok but this stuff is used in a commercial environment so more up to the job. Theres a photo of the stuff on here.... http://www.northcoastgardening.com/2010/10/how-to-use-landscape-fabric/
By all means dont worry about the fabric though it is fine and the stuff you bought is decent
