Hot Deal!

All sold out now :(

I don't think they have sold out...more likely the stock hasn't gone live yet (shows up as out of stock if a line isn't live). Sign up to the out of stock notifier thingy, and they'll email you when the stock goes live.

Not a bad price, by the way...

I'm not going to buy one, as I managed to snag one from Boots when they had their clearance a couple of years back (£10 then. :D)

I normally don't like refurb stuff, but there's not a lot that can go wrong with these really.
What I would say is that if you will be using a pair or larger headphones the amp in these isn't that great (my colleague sitting next to me has one with a pair of good headphones, and he complains that it's not loud enough).

Voted hot, although the recent 2gb Sony MP3 player from play recently is a better deal.

The volume level on iPods is restricted not by the amp but by the software. There has been a recent software update that allows you to change the maximum volume limit which by default is set to about 70%.;-)

The Ipods seem expensive compaired to other mp3 players out there and they used to have a habbit of kicking the bucket after about 12 months of use - mine did it would not re-charge or be recognised by the computer (it was the older style shuffle) and Apple just said tough..... :( . They knew about the problem but could not offer a replacement only a minor discount on a new model.

Got a ten quid job from Tesco - which is ok.

I received the blue one today, and I have to say I did think they would clean these before they sent them out. My one came with ear wax on the earphones - YUK!!!!!!!!
