this has actually got cheaper does anyone hav any expeirience with these refurbs do they come with brand new earphones i wouldnt want used earphones

Warranty is with Tesco not Apple, Apple warranty would only be valid on a new one or a refurb from Apple Afaik.

i beleive even this would hav a apple warranty but it may not be 12months it will be atleast 5months though

I bought a refurbed i-Pod Touch direct from Apple a few years back, came in different packaging from retail but did have new ear phones and USB lead. Although Apples ear phones are very poor, I'd use some of the money saved and buy a pair of Sennheiser CX-300's.

as it's a 32gb 3g, I understand from a quick google that jailbreak/blackrain isn't fully supported yet? (assuming the f/w is above 3.1.2)

Grade A - Definition - The unit should be “as new” with no visible damage or marks - Complete with all original parts & accessories - Boxes will look good but the occasional carton might have some marks on it!

So I suppose you should go to the Amazon one if you're a fan of boxes... :p

apple will stand by any ipod within garantee of their system, heck i've had 2 ipod touches bought form randomers on ebay, both have and always will be signed in their name as it was registered to them, however i asked them honestly did they care i bought it off someone on ebay and that when the form they printed for me to sign was not actually in my name (the form when signing for replacement has the original owners details on) they said nope, as long as the ipods now mine and is within 12months of registering after purchase from anywhere in the world...
