It has been £269 a few times over the last few weeks from various sellers so I'm sure it will drop again if you can wait. I paid £289 in October from Tesco.

Good price, heat added. Ordered one for my Nan earlier today, but have seen it go for less this weekend so figured I'd save myself from the usual abuse and not post the deal :)

You make a very valid point. Sometimes it just pays to stay quiet and avoid the HUKD mafia.

Don't think somebody saying thanks to HUKD for telling them that they could get an in-store price match last weekend really qualifies as abuse...

How would you know that history hasn't been changed already.

If we're playing the 'I got it for £x ydays/weeks/etc ago' game then I got the 32gb white version for ~£290 last year, now what do I win? :p

Good price, but the 16GB version is pretty useless if you plan on using it for anything other than internet browsing and a bit of Iplayer etc

It runs out of space way too quickly especially when you want to update iOS

Following the link price is £319!

Yep looks like the Black Friday/ cyber Monday deals are over.

You have to ask for John Lewis to price match. They don't do it automatically. You don't need a time machine, just satisfy them that the item is available at the lower price. These kind of unhelpful comments put me off posting deals here as I'm sure I'm not the only one who likes to avoid stupid internet arguments

As well as taking up way too much space IOS updates pretty much rendered the last 2 of my apple devices useless.
I would advise not updating unless essential. An older device that works is much better than new software that cripples it and eats half your storage in the process!

You should take the hint and upgrade, move with the tech rather than staying in the dark ages ;)
It's one thing being like 'generation' or tw behind(e.g iPad Air/iPad 4 now the air 2 is out), it's another still having something like the original iPad or iPhone 3G/s :p
