More heat than the price of the product! Woohooooo :D
Has anyone got a gold yet??
Nope. Keep getting white ones and I check the site like every hour.
Does anyone know when amazon will start to sell the retina ipad mini? It's been out for a while now.
On live chat I asked the advisor and they said that they've have put in an order for them and are waiting for it. It's not like there's a shortage of supply as you can buy them from several other places online.
Will someone (who isn't a fanboy) compare this to the nexus 7? Is there a deal in it?

Which nexus 7? (last year or this year)

The new one. They are similar in price.
This needs to and should be around £150
    Strange deals iPad ones.

I posted this last week and it went to - 84
it's not just ipad's seems to be most things by apple

Why? serious question, I'm thinking of buying a tab and I was going to get the new nexus 7 but if this is just £20 I may get this instead.
I'm so tempted. I want one for Christmas but happy to pick one up say boxing day.

Annoyed I missed the £199 deal on Monday
I bought my Ipad mini against the nexus (2012) model,

I prefered the extra the extra 0.9inch of screen display, (these are 7.9, nexus is 7")

The screen on these his not Retina, but when i play a video on it, i can hardly notice and i love blu-ray films on my tv's ect but i can happily watch anything on it.

I purchased it mainly for reading though, the small bezel made the most of the screen which i felt the nexus did not, The price of this is pretty much 2x the price of a nexus 2012 model, and still more expensive than the 2013 model, and the 2013 probably has a faster processor etc. BUT for my purposes this ticks all the box's and is a delight to use
the truth about ipad vs android is that ipad's are truly superior , but at an excruciating price point. You pay 50% more and get 25% more performance. Apps are better because they are written for a better "more affluent" customer base (so there are more high tier app creators focusing on it), system is more stable, no crashes, overheating, lag. I have both the ipad air and several other android phones. I also use a windows tablet quote often.
If you are on a budget then go android. If you can afford "luxury" go for apple, you won't regret it.
I personally like android for smaller devices (its more of a mobile OS after all), and Ipads for tablet. But its seriously overpriced, and its not worth it if you really need the £££ in your pocket. Win8 (full 8, dont even think about that RT ****) are good and cheap, but realistically, most of the win8 apps are not operable on a small touch screen, so its a mirage of abundance.

    Best price Ive seen
Whats it with the US plug though? Some of the one star reviews have questioned this?
