I don't think the 40% is all that considerable, it'll probably just be a couple of bucks (5 at the most I'm guessing, but didn't calculate it). Still a very good deal though.

depends if it's ebay listing fee only or it includes the final value fee (it used to be only listing, havent checked lately to see which it is)

Even with a second generation quite possibly around the corner, the first generation iPad is still a killer tablet. I'm really enjoying mine, especially with the iOS 4 update.

Superb value, very HOT. Almost wish I'd waited for this (bought the 16Gb model yesterday).

I seriously doubt that you'll get any better deals in the new year, Apple is a well protected brand.

Good find.

If only! I have an iPad and it would be a killer device if it had USB / Flash / SD Card / File Browser (i.e. Not iTunes for uploading). If anybody comes up with a decent tablet OS in the next 6 months then bye-bye iPad.

It is enorm

how did you apply the walkers code? isn't the ebay store separate from the main store?
#24
Thought max amount for walkers code was £100?? How did you apply code as I got loads of points to use!
#25
As above, Walkers site states:

Maximum Spend £100. Cannot be used with any other voucher code or coupon offer.?

It will eventually come though wont't it? Apple are just playing around with us for a few more years then they should make the final super ipad that we all want hopefully. I don't think I'll invest just yet until they atleast sort out the flash stuff.

Wow, really good price. I have just purchased the iPad 16GB for £315 from Honk Kong. May i reccommend this case to go with it: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003M5VW7K/ref=asc_df_B003M5VW7K1533832?smid=A2E2M4KGUJL7EQ&tag=****&linkCode=asn&creative=22218&creativeASIN=B003M5VW7K

I just got mine and its really good for making sure the back and sides dont get scratched, while still allowing the eye candy of the iPad to be fully viewable.

Is this really true? I would buy at £449. Can someone confirm and tell me where to add the code, is it after you commit to purchase and if the code doesn't work can you change your mind about buying?

The codes don't work for purchases over £100.. Says so on the rainy days site!!!!

If you're so upset about the lack of a USB port, just get the official Camera Connector kit, which allows you to connect any digital camera to upload the pictures to the iPad.

http://store.apple.com/uk/product/MC531?mco=MTczNzY0NDk

I use this a lot for my photography as I can quickly upload any pictureI take to the iPad's high quality screen, whilst also serving as a mobile storage device.

Sure, it's an extra £25 for something that should have been built-in in the first place, but hey, this is Apple after all...

Just debating if I need this or stick with the TK Maxx one?
#33
Mmmm tempted as Viking Direct shafted me. Thing is dont need really need the 3g (Just tether to iphone or android) or extra memory.

If you want usb for printers etc and connectivity (forget extra memory will never happen) wait for the new model next year. Carbon fibre chasis, limited usb and 32gb entry spec (no 3g) but it will be £499.

I used 10% codes off Zavvi a few times over £100. Never had a problem.

The Walkers codes won't work on Zavvi Outlet on Ebay, just Zavvi.com.
#36
just tried my zavvi code and it didn't work.

What are the chances of getting this before Xmas? Bit put off by the delivery times, 48 hours till dispatch, and 3-5 days delivery time is cutting it fine.

Have any of you jailbroken your ipad? Or would you?
