To everyone who posted saying they're in excellent conditions... Were they grade A or b?

Ordered a Grade B iPhone 4 16GB in black, received it next day in some funky packaging and there's 1 hairline scratch on the back. I'm Guessing Grade A is as new. So even one scratch would class it as A. Very happy and great price.

    EDIT:

    Just seen their grading system:

    Our Grading System

    What does Grade A mean?
The phone is used but in excellent condition.
Cosmetically the phone will show no signs of use, there will be no scratches, cracks or scuffs to the screen or casing.
It’s been fully tested*, is in full working order and has been restored to the latest operating system.

    What does Grade B mean?
The product is used and in good condition.
Cosmetically the product will show signs of use, including a few minor scratches to the screen and casing.
It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing.
It’s been fully tested, is in full working order and has been restored to the latest operating system.

    What does Grade C mean?
The product is used and in average condition.
Cosmetically the product will show signs of use, including some scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing.
It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing.

I got a iphone4 on vodaphone. The phone was pristine. I topped up with £20 and phoned 191. Can't seem to get through to the right people to unlock the phone.

Can people who have had their vodaphone unlocked advise how they did it?
