I have an iPhone (3GS) and a mac, so not an apple hater, but how they have treated their customers over the problems with the iPhone 4's myriad of problems is a disgrace. They should give these away to people who have bought an iPhone 4 to solve the signal issues brought about by their very poor design... Not voted either way.

Heat added.

At the end of the day, it's not about how much we like the product. It's the cheapest available for this product, so deserves a bit of heat.

Crap deal.

although it solves the 'death grip' signal loss issue you have to bloomin remove it to use any of the docks for the iphone..

Still good deal for 4 I must say. Most iPhone owners often have mates with iPhones anyway.

This is harsh, this is a good deal but because it has iphone 4 in the title it gets frozen
#12
£8 cheaper than apple via quidco, HOT!
#13
Good deal, yes not for everyone but better than paying apple £25 for it!!
#14
hey all .. my first post.... quick question how do i get this offer to work with quidco.i have never used that site before and dont get how it works.
#15
all you apple haters making it cold. GIVE OVER!!! if you dont like it then dont vote. compared to others it is cheap and for that reason it should be hot.

Why is someone an apple hater, simply because they think this overpriced piece of rubber shouldn't actually be necessary in the first place?
And to others who say that simply as it's the best price it should be voted hot... a **** is a ****... doesn't matter is it's 80% off, it's still a ****... Not saying this is a ****, it's probably quite good at doing what it's designed to do, it's just that it shouldn't be needed to fix the bloomin phone!
As a piece of protective equipment, hot, as a device to make the phone work, it's a ****...

Heat added as cheapest price

I'd just wait to see if Apple decide to give bumpers free to all iPhone4 users who claim reception problems. They're making some sort of press announcement later today.

No their anouncment today will be about the update that will "stop" this problem. Back to the deal. Its a good price but way to expencive for a piece of plastic that cost to produce around 50p same old apple tacics of putting massive mark ups on products. And I am an iPhone owner.

i have a 2g and 3g iphone and can upgrade to a 4g but havent. i cant believe all the apple fanboys following this nonsense after apple treating its customers so badly & lying to the,

£0.01 piece of rubber you need to stop calls dropping

20 quid for a £0.01 piece of rubber outrageous!!!

You may be right but lets be clear

Apple's response was intial denial of a problem
then a statement that the problem was not reception signal but reception signal display error

If as the report confirmed in a leading consumer mag who would not recommend pruchase of the Iphone 4 ( and lets be honest it likely only that and the £6.5Bn share price fall which made SJ et al move! to answer the issue) then the issue is hardware not software and you cant issue a patch like MS does to solve it it is hardware solution that is needed and will cost ( estimates between 200million to >1Bn if a recall is involved)

I'll wait and see what is suggested

As for the offer as you say it is an expensive bit of plastic which is mainly to resolve a problem ( which if it is there why should you pay for a solution a nd if not £20 for 4 bits of plastic is overly expensive ( and that in a apple comment is ironic!)
#22
Software won't fix the issue. These rubber bands are now free (well you'll get a refund if you purchased them) :D

It;s a good job I don't hate to say "I told you so"...
