iPhones are great smartphones (even better jailbroken) but for a grand? No phone is worth that much. Also, it's only 128GB and no physical headphone jack instead they include an adapter or something to make up for it.

Next year iPhone 8 will be out and so 7'll be available for a much more considerable price. Then again, that's something everyone knows as iPhones come out yearly like FIFA and CoD.

Has headphones that go into lightning connector. Yes but youd pay £699 for the phone anyway plus around £15 sim only a month! To get a good bundlen

£150 upfront and £40 a month for 2 yrs...

or

£699 from apple (pay by paypal for 2 years 0%) so £29.13 a month

and get a three mobile sim only deal for £9 a month for unlimited minutes / texts and 4gb (only 1gb less than this deal) for... 38.13 a month or 915 saving you a total of 195 over 2 years (and contract can be changed next year so maybe even more money)

also 3 mobile will give £50 cashback through quidco...

so a total saving of 245 quid...

I'm an Android user but think this is a good deal given its 128gb (versus a measly 16gb) 5gb data and only £40 a month.

How do you get the PayPal 0% option as that isn't on at the moment? It's 14.9%

"Only" 128gb lol
Thanks for pointing out a new phone comes out next year, I'm never going to buy anything ever again as they will only bring a new version out :(
They include a jack to compensate, so that's like saying all other phones include headphones to compensate for the headphone jack.
Cold for the price not this stupid reasons.

price is relative to how much you want it. You can't compare with Androids as it's a different ecosystem and - like with any product - you always have the choice not to buy it. I'm surprised by how many people feel the need to go on about how expensive things are - just don't buy it; no need to comment really as it's not as if people are just blindly buying iPhones, Omega watches, expensive designer handbags - they want them because they like the product and can afford it. Personally I think a 0% credit option would be better for something like this, but of course it depends on if you can get the credit.

I bought an iPhone 7 with PayPal Credit at launch, which gives me 4 months interest free. I sold my 6S for £430 about a month ago and put the money into my PayPal account, so to my mind the iPhone 7 - which also has double the storage and another year's warranty vs my 6S - is costing me £67.25 a month for the next four months, then I'm done. I don't think that's too bad. Meanwhile my existing SIM is being used inside it, and costing me far less than an actual iPhone contract.

I can afford the setup outlined above - I think it's reasonable and I'm very happy with the phone, so for me the price is good ;)

This contract, however, isn't great.
