Having traded in probably a hundred phones into CEX over the last year I would avoid buying from them. I lost count of the number of times I traded in patch unlocked SE mobiles which , they bought as unlocked. I even asked them if it was ok as the phone(s) would become locked again if the person used the update service. The reply I got back was once the phone was sold it had nothing to do with them if the person locked it by updating the firmware (even if the current firmware was causing problems).

rather wait and get a shiny new one when they are released in September on Orange, T-Mobile and Vodaphone - word is they might even be on pay-as-you-go
