Good price! Shame it's only in silver though =[

Can't say I've ever had a problem with SVP, they do some great deals! Never had a problem with their support, they've always replied to my emails and been of help!

If you want substance over style go for the Sansa clip

If you want syle over substance stick with the Shuffle.

But if you want style and substance.....I give you the Cowon E2.

It plays FLAC files so you should get at least 2 of your favourite songs on it.

The new shuffle is dreadful; the controls are fiddly, even worse than the previous incarnations. The controls on the headphones are too close to the ear buds making their use awkward. It is very small though and (as an i-tunes fan) syncs with i-tunes very easily.
I do like the looks of the Cowon E2, but the controls look as fiddly as on the Shuffle.

Does anybody own one or point to any reviews?

SVP are a great retailer, never had a problem with them. Yes there are other MP3 players out there but the shuffle even with the new control system is highly rated.
