As stated in the title, new customers only. I've tried it and it works for me. Just thought it was a good deal for the new nano - haven't seen it cheaper anywhere else.

Paid by Solo- all went through fine. They debited the full amount (£110-odd) from my card, but upon phoning them they said that once it was delivered, I'd be able to phone them and get my £30 credited back.

Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks :-) Heat to be added once this is resolved!
#18
Or buy the Nano 16GB for £119.77.

I ordered a 16GB nano and it just went through no problems, got the confirmation for the price -30 as it should be. No mention of a phone. :?

Check your account balance on your card - did they take the full amount or not? In my case they took out the full amount so I phoned up CS to ask - that's when they told me to phone back once I receive it. :-)
#21
yes they do take the full amount and they refund the £30 when u get the item delivered

It's not on there yet, I'll get back to you. I'm assuming it'll be the same as everyone else, though.
#25
Judging by everyone else's reply it's safe to assume I'm getting the £30 back (..!) - so heat given! Will keep you all updated; should receive it on Tuesday! :-)
#26
Sounds a bit dodgy, why would you have to wait until delivery to get the cashback?

Probably same idea as rebates. They're hoping people forget and therefore they get a sold unit out of it.
#29
yup £75 is a great deal better than what apple offered the 8gb for in their friday 'sale" £5 off to £104?

haha
#30
Hot for me got it for £80 vat free weeekend i guess :santa:
#31
Just got mine, £80.62! Dont like the fact you have to phone them up to recieve discount though!

HOTT!
#32
Just tried this with the £30 off on an 8GB iPod Touch and after going through the registration process it knocked it down to under £140!
#33
just used it for a ds
#34
Tried this since last night but code rejected.

Disappointed
#35
Worked for me yesterday, Sure you've not bought from them before?
#36
Nope, virgin buyer. Phoned CS and she said ZG430 not one of theirs and no can do. Tried L-woods same thing.
Kind suggestion elsewhere to use different email address.

£30 discount on order. Delivery due Tuesday.

Should I hold my breath?

Just bought a Sony Ericsson Phone - £90 on PAYG with Vodafone and ended up at £39 with Additions. Thank you so, so much.
#38
How did you manage such a reduction 90-39?
#39
I`ve used the similar deal that was posted before for Marshall Ward. I`m sure these are part of the same group as Additions Direct, Littlewoods etc so does anyone know if i could use the code with Additions Direct..?

Cross-posted to the actual £30 off £60 spend voucher thread.

If you use the voucher, going to 'My Account' and clicking 'Transaction History' proves to be rather interesting. To log into My Account, you just need your email, password at registration, and postcode - note that I paid by debit card and do NOT have their flexi-credit thing.

Now- as of yet my Maestro has been debited by £110.62, and I haven't seen the £30, but I'm going to wait for a while as this was all done over the weekend and it's just Monday- payments tend to take a couple of days to go through.

If you're not sure whether your voucher code was accepted/will be credited, Transaction History is a good place to look. :-)

As an interesting sidenote, I was looking at their T&C and came across the following:
2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:-

(i) you are entitled to use the code;
(ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
(iii) you agree to the terms set out below.

If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. If you transacted on a cash basis e.g. by debit or credit card, we may take a further payment, equivalent to the value of the benefit obtained, from the card used. If you transacted on a credit basis, the value of the benefit obtained may be charged to your credit account.

Which means they can, after refunding the money, go back, decide we weren't eligible to use the voucher, and take the £30 back,. Just to clear things up. :)
