Apple Magic Trackpad £55.55 @ Amazon

The Magic Trackpad is the first multi-touch trackpad designed to work with your Mac desktop computer. It uses the same multi-touch technology you love on the MacBook Pro. And it supports a full set of gestures, giving you a whole new way to control and interact with what's on your screen. Swiping through pages online feels just like flipping through pages in a book or magazine. And inertial scrolling makes moving up and down a page more natural than ever. Magic Trackpad connects to your Mac via Bluetooth wireless technology. Use it in place of a mouse or in conjunction with one.

Seems like good deal for me.

Or use the £5 voucher at Currys/PC World and get it for £54 plus whatever the 3% quidco gives you (£1.62?)

I was surprised they weren't using one of these in the keynote for OS X Lion, with all its gestures.

It seemed awkward using the mouse in that video.

The mouse was far more accurate for doing all that video editing and the picture stuff.

Works out of the box on Ubuntu 10.10
