Apple TV 4th Generation 64GB £139.00 @ Tesco Direct

£139.00 @ Tesco Direct
Seems a good deal if you're looking for an Apple TV with 64GB capacity. Most other reputable sites list the 32GB version for the same price and 64GB for around £40 more. Read More

Sorry, listed. Corrected URL and didn't realise it cleared the previously set price. :)

4th Gen can support 4K once an update is released

I am looking to sell my 32GB apple TV for 100 if any one wants. I have a S7 Edge now and chromecast seems like a better fit.

Key word being once which is less likely going to happen in my eyes. Whilst capable, you know Apple will release a "4k" model to gain some wonga.

Quite expensive with no 4k. Buy nvidia tv 4k with free games instead of this old box

every tescos link form this site over the last few weeks I've got:

"It's not you, it's us.

Sorry, something's gone wrong with our site and we can't show you the page you want.

Please try your request again. Thanks for your patience."

Not sure where the problem lies HDUK or tesco, but it would be great if it worked properly :)

Don't talk porkies. You cannot update Hardware with software. Hdmi 2.0, hdcp and Hdr won't come with a software update . Apple cannot do any magic, unless you buy more expensive shiny gear from them every year. Even new 4k chromecast released yesterday is better than this old rubbish from Apple.

But xbox one s as it come with 4k tv and 4k blue ray player built in.

Apple won't update this for another few years as per the previous models, the hdmi socket can handle 4K once the os gets updated

£139 is not cheap. Throwing good money after bad.

Price wise, it seems a good deal. However, it is pricey for what you are getting (and i'm an Apple fanboy!). I have a 3rd generation and will be sticking with that until Apple bring out something more compelling.

I just figured like it or loathe it a £40 saving ain't too shabby..

The Plex app and using it for remote home automation capabilities drew me to this generation. Although I'd be more suited to the 32GB version as wouldn't need the extra storage space. X)

You can get a refurb from the apple site for £139 also. I got one the other day. Came boxed like it was brand new, sealed etc.
