I always thought this site was for deals and not what people like or dislike... Very odd and ruins the meaning behind this site.

I disagree, a deal is very much in the eye of the beholder, there's absolutely no reason why you couldn't vote cold because an item is either overpriced (even if the cheapest price for that item), there's a better alternative or it's simply not very good for the money. I personally think of a 'deal' as a bargain, that is something that is for sale at a lower price than it's value, and that's the important bit, the value of an item is not defined just by price, but does it do a job better for the money than something else.

Yeah but this is brand new. Not open box. Then again I would always be wary since they have low stock in stores on this item. Just know your rights and you should be ok

Are you new here

New Manufacturer Sealed

There is an intact manufacturer's seal, and the item is brand new and pristine.
Some product boxes are unsealed as supplied by the manufacturer, these are still brand new, pristine, and listed as "New".
Items listed as "New" come with 12 months Currys/PC World Outlet warranty.

LIKE I SAID, NOT VOTED EITHER WAY not interested myself but wanted to let the deal hunters have a choice, thought that was what the site was about..

Still a 12 month warranty..

Very well said. You've brilliantly summed up what a 'deal' should be. If only more people could read what you wrote before they next vote hot on a £600 graphics card or an £800 phone.

I agree somewhat, but what if you are looking for a deal on that graphics card or that phone?
