I have a few of these. Worked out cheaper to buy the jug & filters together than just the filters.

Crap design unfortunately compared to previous design

I swapped a whole ago to these to save money, but found the filters did not last as long as the Britax ones (were lasting 2-3 weeks before the water tasted like tap water again compared to near in 4 weeks with the Britax ones).

Also the jug design was not so good (even though the Britax ones are not perfect).

If you're willing to buy in bulk you can get the filters for under £1 per (rated) month. Quite a bit cheaper than the Brita deals tend to be. Personally I've always been very happy with our Aqua Optima jug and filters considering how much cheaper they are.

You can get a 36month supply (18 60 day filters) for £35 delivered from aqua optima online store. http://www.aqua-optima.com/aqua-optima-18x60-day-water-replacement-filters.html

Used them before and they arrived quickly with no issues, seems to a long term offer they run. You do sometimes see them a touch cheaper on Amazon though too so worth checking there also.
