UPDATE: It's arrived this morning and although its OK, how they can justify the original price I have no idea!..... One of the brackets for the shelf is defective & I'm going to have order new ones..... that indicates to me that this set isn't top quality. Apart from that, the rest of the pack seems alright..... I'm happy 'cos the price was good.

Put a piece of masking tape on the tile, then manually turn the drill bit back and forth uintil it cracks the glaze , then start drilling slowly

Same here, I'm renting and can't see myself changing the tiles if it goes wrong. But I suppose there's always the alternative option, going between the tiles...

Here's a close-up by the way, very nice design, it looks rather classy!

I honestly wouldn't mind letting you redesign my bathroom (right now it's functional, anything fancier would be a waste given that I'm renting) but I get the feeling that would set me back a little over £15 :p

Honestly I find this design ok, it might not be John Lewis or Habitat but if you came down here and saw my tiny 1-bedroom matchbox for 2 of us, you wouldn't want to spend more anyway :-D

I bought this from them 3 months ago for the same price.

not good quality therefore not worth the inflated £63 but acceptable for 10£ hence not exactly a bargain.

some people expect the earth! A cheap glass shelf alone would cost £15-£20 from B&Q!

Ordered as it looks like it will do the job in our redecorated bathroom and as others have said a glass shelf on it's own is usally a tenner!
