First post - be kind!

Previously posted (http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/archos-15-vision-4gb-mp3-player-19-99-delivered-memory/892872), stated price is £19.99 but adding to basket reduces it to £18.99 - either way its the cheapest deal I could see out there. ** EDIT - appears to be going through now at £19.99 **

Details
Smaller than a credit card and lighter than a pack of gum, the Archos 15b Vision has a playback time of over 20 hours and with a very affordable price. It comes with 4GB of storage space, and can display music lyrics and photos. It’s the perfect music companion.

Music
The Archos 15b vision will meet most all your music needs: a small, very reasonably priced device, featuring a 4 GB1 or 8 GB disk capacity. This means days of non-stop music. And with the support of the MP3 files, you’re covered as it’s the most popular file format. And for those with an affinity for the more exotic formats, it supports FLAC, WAV and APE files as well.

Photos:
You can also clearly show your pictures on the 1.5’’ color TFT screen. It’s a great way to keep a handy photo album with you.

Video:
If you’re a fan of music videos or those hilarious videos sent to you by email, then put them on the Archos and share them with your friends regardless of where you are. The Archos comes with a little conversion program that will allow you to convert those videos to the size of its small screen. Store a few of them or a couple dozen on your Archos 15b vision, your friends and family can enjoy them too.

Interface:
The Archos 15b vision features a straightforward interface, without any useless details. Photo, video and music are reachable in just a few clicks. Speaking of which, the Archos 15b vision features a music library displaying your files by artist, album and song title allowing even more ease of use. Just drag and drop files from your PC to the Archos 15b vision using the standard USB 2.0 connection.

I saw 2Gb players in Asda for £10 last week. Not Archos quality, but easily returnable if unsatisfactory. Had I more memory I could have created a deal!

And it also won't be using fake or manufacture-rejected flash memory, as will nearly always be the case when buying cheap electronics from east asia.

I didn't say it was any better, just an alternative value option! Got over 6Gb's of music on it and been using it every other day at the gym for the past month without any problems. The UI isn't the best but as with most UI's you get used to it pretty quick. All my stuff is either MP3, WMA or WAV format, so I don't have a need for FLAC support... Also plays MP4 files but not tested it, too small a screen to bother with video. Play sell the 4Gb for twice the price!

dont really think it warrants a comparison. buying off ebay has its associated problems, whereas mymemory is a recognised supplier, and archos a recognised and trusted brand. it surely cant be about cheaper, and more memory !

i was gonna buy that one guan, but with the UI looking the way it does and the brand being unrecognisable i decided to buy the Archos Vision 15 Portable Media Player, similar price but does the job, yeah the one you got has a larger screen but if you dont use it for video then you dont really need the screen that big, will end up breaking or memory going currupt, i made the same mistake a few years back when i bought an ipod lookalike, worked well for about 6 months, then the touch screen started not responding and the damn thing started chrashing and then it just wouldnt charge, id imagine if i eventually got it working then i guess the memory wouldve found a way to corrupt itself lmao, buy from trusted brands that have warrentys, you cant go wrong.
