care to elaborate on why you wouldn't purchase an Archos?
If you've got a PC World local that has the Vega in for just under £100 I'd go for that and flash it with Vegacream, otherwise look at the older model Ainol Elf or Aurora or put a bit more to and get the newer dual core models.
Obviously just my opinion, I'm no tablet expert but I know to avoid Archos

Maybe something to do with their reputation for making slow, buggy and generally not very good products? :D
