Hi brookheather / sagman76
If you wish to make any trade you'll need to do so via the FS section and not in deals. Thanks

lol, its not watts from your power supply, its the way they measure their cooling performance, i.e the pro 7 is rated at 150, 13 at 200 and the 13 pro at 300

Good deal. Personally my desktop will be moving around a fair bit (to uni and back) so I went with something that had a metal bracket (Xigmatek Gaia).

This review is bang up to date and shows it up against coolers costing up to £65! oO

The editor's choice - a Be Quiet! model - costs £60....

Have just ordered the Freezer 7 Pro. ordered this and if the 7 Pro is doing OK when this arrives, i'll just sell it.

Up to you really. It is larger then the non-pro version and has 100W more cooling, but I am not sure how much of that is to do with the extra small fan in the base it comes with. The extra small fan only costs €2.45

And honestly 200W cooling is enough for pretty much any task. I have my CPU over clocked by a far bit and 200W is more then enough to keep it cool under heavy load. But I do have a well ventilated case that helps alot. So it really depends on your setup.

For the heat sink itself, its awesome. Been using the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Limited Edition for awhile now on a AMD FX-6100 in a Corsair Carbide Series 500R case. The case I have has two 120mm exhaust fans in the top, and the Freezer 13 is setup to blow air upwards towards the exhaust fans.

The CPU is overclocked to 4.3Ghz and never overheats. The fan is also very quiet once setup with Cool'n'Quiet.

This is by far the best after market heat sink you can buy for the money. This can compete and sometimes do better then heat sinks that cost more then twice as much.

Warranty service received from Artic Cooling was abysmal. Refused to help me and honour me their 7 year warranty on their product. Unlikely to buy their products again.

Will this work in an original fat ps3?
Or does anyone know one that wd and is worthwhile replacing original with?my ps3 has had ylod twice which is fine I can just keep fixing it when it goes but the noise is really high due to fan that I can Hardly use it unless its in day when I can have volume higher.
Thanks In advance.
