Looking at the t&c I guess all purchases are excluded from the offer.

only for delivery?

Where did it say not Fast Track?

10% for all other Fast Track sales Expires in 3 days
10% for all other home delivery sales Expires in 3 days

•Cashback will only be paid on orders paid for online for either Fast Track collection or home delivery, unless stated otherwise
•Cashback will not be paid on orders reserved online that are then paid for in-store
•A fair usage policy operates with regards to the number of purchases made at Argos in November 2016. Should a member exceed the fair usage limit Quidco reserves the right to withhold cashback earned.
•Cashback may track at a lower amount but will update to the correct amount once your cashback is confirmed

I have just received a promotional email from Quidco and I have been in a web chat with them and they have confirmed 10% cashback on all sales:

I'd be sceptical about click and collect! And I've now found the reference to excluding Fast Track. This is a MESS!

The chance of getting the cashback must be about 1-in-4!

My last £10 didn't track a few weeks ago so don't trust them anymore.

I've been told 'All Purchases' and had Web Chat with Quidco support ... you can always confirm with them before you buy I suppose.

Definitely not all sales!! Can't use click and collect, thus can't use Sainsbury's staff discount on this.

I have 4 claims in for Argos this month, they have tracked on 2. so 2 out of 6 success rate on them. Hopefully the claims pay out
#13
PSVR showing as available for fast track to collect in 4 days at lots of stores local to me. Now I'm severely cheesed off that I paid rrp with no cashback grrr.

I don't really trust any of these 10% - 20% CB Quidco offers with the likes of Argos, H&C, who have serious form for rejecting claims for no reason what so ever. If was going to buy something from these retailers would do so, and go via Quidco, but would see any pay out as a bonus and really would not expect it or factor it into the purchase price.

My last £10 didn't track a few weeks ago so don't trust them anymore.

Then submit a missing cashback report? Quidco are trustworthy but one or two do slip through. One report to customer service solves that.

Oh and make sure you don't have Adblocker running.

Purchased via their last offer using fastrak. They even acknowledged purchase via their website, but nothing has tracked.
You cant even speak to them to sort it out so would be wary.
Their claims process is a mess, just going round in circles with ever increasing resolution dates.
#17
I've only just started using Quidco and already have one claim against Argos for £30.50 for my first item.

It's coming up to 4 weeks now without hearing a dickybird from them with the claim still "processing". I'm hoping that claims are processed after a month (for any returns policy to expire) else I can't say I'm going to be that impressed having been diddled 10%, which was the influencing factor in buying from them in the first place, where I could have got a Manager's 10% discretion discount with Currys.

Whilst this may be a hot deal, I'm going to have to vote cold until I see them actually paying out for the 10% cashback they promise.
#18
How do you know if the item is fastrack? It doesn't have the icon next to the PS4 Pro i'm looking at buying, but when i go to pay, it says collection immediate and a 'dedicated fastrack lane' ? Any help would be appreciated :) !

Just cancel it if you can or return and buy another in the meantime via the cashback offer. As others are questioning in the thread though, I really don't fancy your chances of getting cashback from Argos but that's just my opinion.

I notice an increasing number of people who's purchases have not tracked with Quidco. I have got 2 missing and nothing happening having raised a claim.

Always get the coppers from Quidco, rarely the big amounts.

Well we had all better start complaining to Quidco then .. surely this is some sort of false advertising if they claim Argos will give 10% and they don't surely Quidco has to offer the compensation. After all, we are spending our money based on what they are offering.

I have made a report, just got no reply. And whilst making the report they say their decision is final and they wont go into any correspondence at all about it.

I Have the same experience. The small pennies always get tracked and pay out. The larger ones dont get tracked and if they do they get declined.

Something odd going on with Quidco at the moment. They're not moving my status from 'tracked' (i.e. paying out) on any of my tracked items since September. They also crashed on Black Friday. Very disappointing.

Promising the earth makes me think they might be going bust and that none of these offers will ever be honoured.

10% cashback off the price of an item(s) excluding the standard VAT rate of 20%:{

Let's say Argos is selling an item for £100 then you will get £8 back you don't get £10 back.

£100 including VAT = £100 - 20% = £80

£80 - 10% Quidco offer = £8 cashback

They don't just reply instantly. Cashback claims can take a few weeks before you hear anything.

It was from an online retailer, so more trouble than it's worth for a possible cashback saving. Never mind, at least I've got one :)

They will take even longer now that so many people's purchases are not tracking.

Ordered Sennheiser Quietcomfort 35 headphones. Put on my Amex so if it comes through will reduce from £290 to £255 or so with the £10 card credit on top.

Card credit went through immediately, will have to see what Quidco does.

This appears as a comment on the Quidco website and does for a number of retailers.....

Cashback may track at a lower amount but will update to the correct amount once your cashback is confirmed.

Not quite. 20% of the pre-VAT price is 16.67% of the total price, so 10% cashback is £8.33.

I realise that but still not confident due to their non negotiating conditions. Like others have said on here I've had pennies paid and the larger amount's declined.

Call of Duty Legacy for Xbox One. Currently £44.95 but should take about £41 Quidco (exc VAT).

Reserved, but holding off picking up until next week just in case there's a further price drop. You have 7 days to collect and if you don't, you get full refund.
